We now support a single value, a common time series for each location or a separate time series at each location. This applies to flux, temperature and salinity.

No need to offset by half a day for the Gelbstoff stuff (that's a copypaste from the SST interpolation for the data assimilation, which does need the data at midday).

Add new method to interpolate a Gelbstoff absorption climatology file from NEMO onto the current model grid for the current model period. This differs from the interp_ady method which assumes the data have already been interpolated onto some grid for the current model period.
