Update to fix the syntax of write_FVCOM_spectide. I think I had made some changes but omitted to commit them and then the temporary directory in which I was keeping the modified version got nuked. Lesson learned

Create write_FVCOM_tsboc.m which is identical to the example_FVCOM_tsobc.m file. This naming fits better with the structure of the other functions which write out to NetCDF files (e.g. write_FVCOM_spectide.m)

example_FVCOM_tsboc.m now requires only a single argument with regards the layers as opposed to specifying both layers and levels (number of levels is just number of layers+1). Also improved speed by eliminating unnecessary costly for loop
